Delivery Information
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as payment of the final amount (postage included) is confirmed. Shipping is done via CTT or carrier. Afterwards, Caldeirão da Cati will send an e-mail to the Customer confirming the shipment and communicating the order registration code, when applicable, so that the Customer can follow up on the shipment. The order is dispatched within a period between 24h and 48h (Monday to Friday). However, our supply capacity is limited to the availability of existing stock. In the event of a stockout, we will order from our suppliers and the customer is informed of the implications in terms of delivery times.
Damaged Merchandise
Our products are always shipped in proper packaging, properly packaged so that the order arrives in perfect condition to its recipient.
If you find that your packaging is damaged, you should photograph it to file a claim.
You must open and verify your order upon delivery to verify the integrity of the items.
The claim must be made with the carrier that delivered and must report the event to Caldeirão da Cati so that we can also file a claim and trigger the carrier's insurance.
Insurance
All shipments are made with declared value and are secure. In the event of an item being broken, your money will be refunded after making a claim at the post office and after validation by them.
Minimum purchase
Our store only accepts online orders for purchases over €50.
