The terms and conditions of use of the website www.caldeiraodacati.com apply to all visitors to the website, hereinafter referred to as “User”, and to customers who wish to make online purchases through said website, hereinafter referred to as “ Client". Browsing and/or making online purchases on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
General Sales Conditions
- The order
To place the order, the Customer must be registered and logged in on the website. Registration is only required once and the session must be open whenever you want to make a purchase, by registering your email. To log in, the Customer must log in with the email and password entered in his/her registration. The validation of the purchase order assumes that the Customer is aware of and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use. After validation, the Customer receives an automatic order confirmation email. If the data is incorrect, the Customer can rectify the data or cancel the order. The data recorded by Caldeirão da Cati constitute proof of the set of transactions carried out between it and the Client. We will make every effort to ensure that the information presented about the products is free from typographical errors and, whenever this occurs, we will proceed with its correction as soon as possible. If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount if paid.
The items sold by Caldeirão da Cati are handcrafted products, that is, it is not an industrially designed product, therefore it is impossible for all products to be an exact replica and therefore they may differ a little from the images presented.
The prices listed on www.caldeiraodacati.com are exclusive prices on the website, and may differ from the prices charged in the physical store. The discounts offered on the website cannot be combined with other offers, campaigns, promotions or protocols in force and are limited to existing stock. The discounts offered on the website are not applicable in physical store. If an order arises for any product that is not in stock and that the customer wants, the price shown for the product may be updated and in this sense, if the price of the product is higher than the payment made, we inform the customer by email and wait the acceptance or not of the order. Caldeirão da Cati reserves the right to rectify the prices of the products presented on the website whenever necessary and without prior notice.
- Final Order Value
When you place your order, the value shown as "Total" refers only to the total value of the items and does not include shipping costs (for this reason it is designated as "to be defined"), with the final value to be presented later after being calculated the respective weight of the order and the rate to be applied according to the place to which it is destined.
The customer will be contacted to the email provided in their customer account with the Final amount including shipping costs as well as data for the due payment in accordance with the payment method chosen.
Until the final payment for the order is made, the customer is not bound by the purchase and may withdraw at any time. The same applies to Caldeirão da Cati, that is, if the customer does not pay the final amount with postage included, this store reserves the right to cancel the order. Free shipping is never applyable to any order dispite appears 0.00€.
The order will not be sent if the payment of the correct amount presented in the email as the Final Value is not made.

The order is canceled by Caldeirão da Cati if payment is not made and verified within 5 working days. Proof of payment must be sent to the email firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as payment of the final amount (postage included) is confirmed. Shipping is done via CTT or carrier. Afterwards, Caldeirão da Cati will send an e-mail to the Customer confirming the shipment and communicating the order registration code, when applicable, so that the Customer can follow up on the shipment. The order is dispatched within a period between 24h and 48h (Monday to Friday). However, our supply capacity is limited to the availability of existing stock. In the event of a stockout, we will order from our suppliers and the customer is informed of the implications in terms of delivery times.
- Damaged Merchandise
Our products are always shipped in proper packaging, properly packaged so that the order arrives in perfect condition to its recipient.
If you find that your packaging is damaged, you should photograph it to file a claim.
You must open and verify your order upon delivery to verify the integrity of the items.
The claim must be made with the carrier that delivered and must report the event to Caldeirão da Cati so that we can also file a claim and trigger the carrier's insurance.
